Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus

2014 Gospel album from the Country music veteran. Sometimes dreams do come true! John Conlee has dreamed of having the opportunity to record a Gospel album for a very long time. TURN YOUR EYES UPON JESUS is the realization of that dream. Conlee was first exposed to live music as a child attending Sunday school and worship services at Versailles Baptist Church in Kentucky. He was nine years old when he accepted Christ and was baptized by the Reverend John Kruschwitz in June of 1956. Some of the songs in the collection are ones John was singing during his years in his home church. They continue to be an important part of worship experience just as they have been for generations. Conlee's heart was touched to add a bonus track, 'They Also Serve' which is dedicated to the families of those serving our country as well as members of America's military during these turbulent times.
